Jackie provides exceptional education and guidance for Hospice staff, and compassionate end-of-life care for patients and their families. Jackie also serves as Director for the “We Honor Veterans” program; a service which she is very passionate about. Among her many accomplishments, Jackie is a National Instructor for the End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) at both URMHC and St. John Fisher College, where she also instructs student nurses, inspiring them to share her passion for compassionate end-of-life care.
